Deposits
Tall Sounds does not usually ask for a deposit on booking, at the moment, as we realise that this is not always possible with all the other expenses that can be occurred with arranging an event. Payment can be made before or on the night either by cash or cheque.

Changes of Agreed Times/Location
Any changes in the agreed times or location may be liable for an increase of the booking fee.

Play Lists/First Dance
Tall Sounds carries a very large range of music from the last 8 decades but if there are any particular tracks you would like played at your party, please let us know as soon as possible. If we do not have one of these tracks we are more than happy for you to bring along your own CD to be played over our system (Other formats can be played with prior arrangement).

Conformation of Booking Once the initial contact has been made we will send a letter confirming your booking and can supply invoices/receipts on request.

Cancellations
Unfortunately, cancellation charges have had to be recently introduced .
